Spacious and clean apartment with comfortable beds, sofa and a boiler. The hotel is located in a peaceful and beautiful surrounding with a great outside area that offers a view of the highest peaks of the Balkans. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all my requests, making it a family and kid-friendly spot.

The spacious and clean room was one of the best aspects. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel's location at the end of the village is perfect for a quiet and relaxing time surrounded by beautiful mountains. There were many great outside areas to enjoy as well, including a swimming pool and green space for children to play.
Wi, Fi was very poor in our area. This made it difficult to stay connected for work, related matters.

We had a fantastic stay in a stunning location. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean and had a comfortable sofa and beds. We had everything we needed to cook delicious meals, including a stove that worked great. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure all our requests were fulfilled. We loved the quiet and relaxed atmosphere that the hotel provided. The outdoor area was excellent, and we spent a lot of our time there taking in the stunning views of the mountains.
The Wi-Fi was a little hit and miss in our area, which was a bit of a letdown. There was little cellphone network coverage too, but in such a beautiful location, perhaps it's best to unplug and enjoy the surroundings.

Nestled in a tranquil mountainous area, this large hotel boasts beautiful views of the highest peaks in the Balkans. the spacious and clean rooms come with comfortable beds and useful amenities, such as a boiler and stovetop. the staff is friendly and accommodating, fulfilling all of your needs and requests without fail. the outside area is lush and green, making it a perfect spot for both adults and children to enjoy.
The Wi-Fi signal in some areas of the hotel is quite poor, which can be frustrating who need to stay connected.
